Abstract
Los grupos armados ilegales en Colombia han reclutado a niños, niñas y adolescentes para la guerra con diferentes fines, con lo cual el Estado colombiano ha expedido una normativa en consonancia con los Instrumentos Internacionales de protección de derechos, que contienen elementos satisfactorios para una Reparación Integral, articulando sus instituciones para dar cumplimiento y promover la garantía de los derechos a la niñez víctima del conflicto. Es importante reflexionar si la Política de Reparación Administrativa establece las medidas adecuadas para la reparación de las víctimas de reclutamiento ilícito en Colombia.
Abstract
Illegal armed groups in Colombia have recruited children and teens for war with different purposes, Colombian State has issued regulations in line with International Instruments for the protection of rights, contain satisfactory elements for a Comprehensive Repair, articulating its institutions to comply with and promote the guarantee of the rights of children victims of the conflict. It is important to reflect on whether the Administrative Reparation Policy establishes adequate measures for the reparation of victims of illicit recruitment in Colombia.
