Abstract
Debido a la problemática actual de la
sociedad colombiana relacionada con hechos de
corrupción, falta de recursos, cuestionamiento
constante de los funcionarios públicos, desinterés
de la sociedad por el pago de impuestos,
ejecuciones inapropiadas del presupuesto público
y deterioro del bienestar social colombiano, surge
la inquietud sobre la existencia de normatividad
vigente, los mecanismos de control de la
ejecución de los recursos públicos y los entes
encargados de dicha labor.
