Abstract
Como parte de algunas labores desempeñadas, el ingeniero civil debe enfrentarse diariamente al ejercicio práctico en donde debe disponer de habilidades y destrezas para el desarrollo de diferentes problemas o actividades, donde se requiere de todas las aptitudes y capacidades técnicas que dan la posibilidad de generar soluciones óptimas y eficientes acordes a la necesidad de la comunidad en general.
Dentro de las labores desarrolladas en la etapa de pasantía (tarea que se realizó en la secretaria de infraestructura del Municipio de Tunja) explicitas en este documento se encuentran las siguientes: realizar apoyo a la atención de PQR (peticiones, quejas o reclamos), desarrollar visitas técnicas y realizar apoyo en la elaboración de diseños ingenieriles.
Abstract
As part of some tasks carried out, the civil engineer must face daily to the practical exercise where he must disposes skills and abilities for the development of different problems or activities, where all the aptitudes and technical capacities are required that give the possibility of generating solutions optimal and efficient according to the needs of the community in general.
Within the tasks developed in the internship stage (task that was carried out in the Secretary Infrastructure of Tunja) explicit in this document are the following: to support the attention of RCC (petitions, complaints or claims), develop technical visits and support in the development of engineering designs.
