Abstract
La Escuela de árbitros de baloncesto de Boyacá “ESCARBOY”, es un plan de negocios, que busca generar empleo, y fomentar la participación de jóvenes y adultos a la práctica deportiva en el arbitraje de este deporte, con proyecciones a nivel Nacional e Internacional de futuros árbitros talento en el departamento de Boyacá. La ESCARBOY será una institución de carácter privado sin ánimo de lucro.
Abstract
The School of Basketball Referees of Boyacá "ESCARBOY", is a business plan, which seeks to generate employment, and encourage the participation of youth and adults to the practice of sports in the arbitration of this sport, with National and International screenings of talented future referees in the department of Boyacá.
