Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el fenómeno del Agotamiento Emocional (AE) en trabajadores pertenecientes a las modalidades de trabajo (trabajo en casa y teletrabajo) de los diferentes sindicatos del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Bogotá. Para esto, se aplicó un formulario con la Escala de Cansancio Emocional (ECE) el cual fue respondido por 79 de los 108 trabajadores del Sindicato del Ministerio; quienes logran ser representativamente significativos con un grado de confiabilidad de 94% frente a la población. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo transversal, no experimental, de alcance descriptivo-correlacional. Como principales hallazgos se encontraron, que los trabajadores en casa se cansan mucho más emocionalmente que los teletrabajadores; así mismo, que el agotamiento se percibe más en los jóvenes que en los adultos.
Abstract
The present research aimed to analyze the phenomenon of Emotional Exhaustion in workers belonging to the work modalities (work at home and telework) of the different unions of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Bogotá. For this, a form with the Emotional Tiredness Scale ECE was applied, which was answered by 79 of the 108 Ministry workers; who managed to be representatively significant with a degree of reliability of 94% compared to the poblation. A non-experimental, cross-sectional quantitative study was developed with a descriptive-correlational scope. As main findings were found that home workers tire much more emotionally than teleworkers; likewise, that exhaustion is perceived more in young people than in adults.
