Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado, es el resultado del proceso realizado en la pasantía, llevada a cabo en el Centro Comercial Multifamiliar Maransua de la ciudad de Duitama, departamento de Boyacá; por parte del estudiante Jaime Alfredo Rincón Dávila, quien opta el título de ingeniero Civil de la Universidad Santo Tomás Sede Tunja.
Se presenta a lo largo del escrito una exposición de las actividades desarrolladas en un tiempo de 600 horas de pasantía, durante las cuales se ejecuta el acompañamiento y supervisión en la construcción del centro comercial y multifamiliar Maransua, el proyecto consiste en la construcción de la planta de cimentación, y 3 sótanos, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos en el pregrado de manera teórica y práctica.
Abstract
This work is the result of the process carried out in the internship realized in the Maransua Multifamily Shopping Center, in the city of Duitama in the Department of Boyacá, by the student Jaime Alfredo Rincón Dávila, who opts for the Civil Engineering Degree of the Santo Tomás University Tunja Headquarters

accompaniment and supervision in the construction of the Maransua Multifamily Shopping Center this project consists in the Construction of the Foundation Plant and 3 basements, applying the knowledge acquired in the Pre-degree carried out in a Theoretical and Practical way.
