El liderazgo como base fundamental del éxito en las MiPymes. Caso Wayna Colombia.

Abstract
Actualmente, innumerables emprendimientos surgen día a día, de jóvenes, amigos, parejas, familias, que buscan generar un ingreso haciendo tangible una idea de negocio, desarrollándola y creando su Microempresa. Tunja, lidera el porcentaje de empresas y PYMES en Boyacá, aseguró Julián Galvis, presidente ejecutivo de la Cámara de Comercio de Tunja (2021), permitiendo que distintos sectores de su economía puedan generar empleo y que cada vez sean más quienes le apuestan a materializar sus ideas creando empresa en Colombia. Este artículo es una observación de la importancia que genera el liderazgo en las MiPymes, y cómo este influye de manera trascendental para el éxito o el fracaso de las mismas.
De igual manera el artículo describe el desarrollo de la práctica profesional de la autora, en la empresa Wayna Colombia S.A.S en la que toma como referencia el trabajo realizado con varias MiPymes, identificando el liderazgo en distintos escenarios y el impacto de este para la organización y la diferencia que hace un buen líder tanto en su empresa como en la vida de quienes hacen parte de la misma.
Abstract
Currently, innumerable ventures arise day by day, from young people, friends, couples, families, who seek to generate an income by making a business idea tangible, developing it and creating their Microenterprise. Tunja, leads the percentage of companies and SMEs in Boyacá, said Julián Galvis, executive president of the Tunja Chamber of Commerce (2021), allowing different sectors of its economy to generate employment and that more and more people are betting on materializing their ideas by creating a company in Colombia. This article is an analysis of the impact that leadership generates in SMEs, and how this has a transcendental influence on their success or failure.
In the same way, the article reflects the development of the professional practice of the author in the company Wayna Colombia SAS in which she takes as a reference the work carried out with several MSMEs, identifying the leadership in different scenarios and the impact of this for the organization and the difference that a good leader makes both in your company and in the lives of those who are part of it.
