Configuración de las narrativas identitarias construidas en los escenarios digitales

Abstract

The objective of this investigative-interventional work was to understand the configuration of identity narratives built in digital settings and to enable processes of identity reconstruction and visibility of networks in digital natives in situations constructed as critical, using this digital medium as an interventional tool. Taking into account the epistemological and paradigmatic orientation, in the methodological design an investigation - intervention is proposed with a case study design, where the actor was selected through the convenience sampling strategy. The instruments used were the medical history, the construction of conversational scenarios, as well as transcription matrices and analysis matrices by categories for the subsequent process of construction of results. We proceeded in accordance with the research phases proposed as the epistemological foundation, text revision, realization of the methodological design, the application, the construction of the results and the discussion, to culminate with the evaluation of the process and the return of the results. It was concluded that the way in which the virtual context is used becomes a fundamental artifact to construct identity, this understanding that each person uses the tools offered by the digital context differently, depending on their tastes or preferences, to deepen or develop them; It was also concluded that the digital context can be understood as a wide range of possibilities where identity stories are legitimized and validated in which crisis narratives can be configured. This is due to the great variety of information that surrounds this medium and the communities that are organized around it, providing feedback and expanding the dominant versions in the social networks. This allows for the understanding that each individual utilizes the tools offered by the digital context differently depending on their preferences. Also, this research concludes that digital context can be understood as a wide range of possibilities to legitimize and validate identity stories in which narratives could be crisis. This is due to the variety of information in this medium and surrounding communities that enlarge and feedback dominant social frameworks.
