Abstract
En el presente informe se evidencia el trabajo realizado por la estudiante como auxiliar en la unidad de desarrollo integral para el estudiante, en los procesos que allí se desempeñan como ingreso, permanencia, participación y graduación oportuna específicamente en la Facultad de Contaduría Pública de la Universidad Santo Tomás sede aguas claras en la ciudad de Villavicencio, la labor desempeñada fue de trabajo social y prácticas ejecutadas en el tiempo comprendido desde el 05 de agosto hasta el 29 de noviembre del 2019 periodo 2, en este periodo se realizaron actividades de apoyo a la facultad de contaduría pública como organización logística de los talleres del plan de formación complementaria, apoyo en el proceso de opciones de grado, apoyo de la logística del plan de mejoramiento 2019 - 2022 de la facultad a cargo de la UDIES, apoyo en la organización de archivo magnético de la facultad del área de desarrollo estudiantil, apoyo en la organización logística de las segundas olimpiadas contables.
Abstract
This report shows the work carried out by the student as an assistant in the integral development unit for the student, in the processes that are carried out there such as entry, permanence, participation and timely graduation specifically in the Faculty of Public Accounting of the University Santo Tomás, Aguas Claras headquarters in the city of Villavicencio, the work carried out was social work and practices carried out in the time from August 5 to November 29, 2019 period 2, in this period activities to support the public accounting faculty as logistical organization of the workshops of the complementary training plan, support in the process of degree options, support of the logistics of the improvement plan 2019 - 2022 of the faculty in charge of the UDIES, support in the organization of magnetic file of the faculty of the student development area, support in the logistical organization of the second Olympiad s accountants.
