Abstract
El proceso de agendamiento funciona por rangos, porque la hora exacta de la agenda no tiene ajustes por retrasos, en terreno se ha podido adaptar bien el funcionamiento por que en las rutas se pueden hacer modificaciones en un rango de horas y no en una hora exacta.
Abstract
The scheduling process works by ranges, because the exact time of the schedule does not have adjustments due to delays, in the field it has been possible to adapt the operation well because in the routes modifications can be made in a range of hours and not in an exact time .
