Abstract
El presente documento busca determinar la trascendencia de la ubicación de los predios aledaños al centro comercial Titán Plaza, el enfoque de los predios colindantes y el estado del mercado inmobiliario determinado en un polígono de estudio ubicado entre la Cra 70C y 69 T con calle 80 y 86ª más exactamente el Conjunto Residencial Torres del Sol, observando el correcto uso del territorio en materia de vías públicas, seguridad ciudadana y otras decisiones tomadas por la Secretaria Distrital de Planeación dentro del proceso de implantación del Centro Comercial Titán Plaza y el correcto manejo de ordenamiento territorial.
Abstract
This document seeks to determine the significance of the location of the properties adjacent to the Titán Plaza shopping center, the approach to the neighboring properties and the state of the real estate market determined in a study area located between Cra 70C and 69 T with Calle 80 y 86th more exactly the Torres del Sol Residential Complex, observing the correct use of the territory in terms of public roads, citizen security and other decisions taken by the District Planning Secretary within the process of implantation of the Titán Plaza Shopping Center and the correct management of ordering territorial.
