Abstract
Actualmente una de las necesidades para atender en el sector fitness es la salud física y mental, tanto en adolescentes, adultos mayores, trabajadores y personas con enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles que no realizan actividad física necesaria para obtener beneficios para la salud, según la OMS (2015), estas son necesidades que para el sector del fitness hacen que se cree un nuevo tipo de clientes, donde satisfacer con productos o servicios obligan de alguna forma a hacer mas accesibles y a su vez mas eficaz en su atención por su alta demanda.
Abstract
Currently one of the needs to attend in the fitness sector is physical and mental health, both in adolescents, older adults, workers and people with chronic non-communicable diseases who do not perform physical activity necessary to obtain health benefits, according to the WHO ( 2015), these are needs for the fitness sector that create a new type of clients, where satisfying with products or services somehow forces them to become more accessible and in turn more effective in their care due to their high demand.
