Abstract
La presente reflexión académica busca analizar las estrategias legales que se han desplegado por parte de la Administración Municipal de Villavicencio – Meta, para lograr la legalización y titulación de los predios asentados de origen informal en el barrio Los Comuneros, esto de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 2044 del 2020, la cual tiene por objeto sanear de manera definitiva la propiedad de los asentamientos humanos ilegales, bajo el cumplimiento de una serie de requisitos, en los Municipios de Colombia
Abstract
This academic reflection seeks to analyze the legal strategies that have been deployed by the Municipal Administration of Villavicencio - Meta, to achieve the legalization and titling of the settled properties of informal origin in Los Comuneros neighborhood, this in according with the provisions of the Law 2044 of 2020, which aims to definitively clean up the property of illegal human settlements, in compliance with a series of requirements, in the Municipalities of Colombia.
