Abstract
El siguiente proyecto se realiza con el objetivo de presentar una propuesta de innovación al aplicar la técnica de gamificación en la empresa Mentius S.A.S. ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá, en la localidad de Suba, la cual es una empresa de
contact center que busca simplificar, optimizar y desarrollar estrategias comerciales a sus clientes de los cuales se destacan: Movistar, Vanti y Claro.
Para la elaboración de este proyecto se tienen en cuenta diferentes herramientas como lo son la entrevista, la técnica de observación y la aplicación de una encuesta, las cuales permiten identificar las falencias y conocer en qué área de la empresa,
ya sea, operaciones, comercial, recursos humanos, administrativa, financiera o tecnológica, es necesario aplicar una técnica innovadora para mejorar el servicio que se ofrece.
