Abstract
El presente proyecto desarrollado en el periodo 2021-2, busca dar solución a un problema identificado por los practicantes, en el cual se detectó una falencia en la comunicación interna y el flujo de solicitudes que llegan a las áreas de Comunicaciones de la Gerencia de Talento Humano y el área de Gestión Humana, SISSOMA, dentro de las empresas INGETEC y ETB, para dar solución a dicho problema se propone el desarrollo de una web app con el fin de organizar el cronograma de trabajo y mejorar las actividades que se realizan al interior de la organización.
Abstract
This project developed in the period 2021-2, seeks to solve a problem identified by the interns, in which a deficiency was detected in the internal communication and the flow of requests that reach the areas of Communications of the Human Resources Management and the area of Human Management, SISSOMA, within the companies INGETEC and ETB, to solve this problem we propose the development of a web app in order to organize the work schedule and improve the activities carried out within the organization
