Abstract
El siguiente informe se presenta con el fin de presentar la totalidad de la opción de grado y así poder culminar con éxito la carrera de Negocios Internacionales, el siguiente plan se encuentra basado en la realización de las prácticas profesionales en la empresa BaenaMora en el área de compras una de las empresas más grandes de Colombia en marroquinería y calzado; dicho departamento se encarga del liderazgo y gestión de compras de insumos y materias primas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, para el desarrollo de las diferentes líneas de producción de la empresa en los tiempos de entrega requeridos.
Por medio de este plan de mejora se podrá dar a conocer las distintas metas, objetivos y/o proyecciones propuestas en el ámbito académico, personal y laboral desde el comienzo de la práctica; recorriendo cada una de las actividades propuestas para el buen funcionamiento de la compañía de acuerdo a los planes trazados por el departamento de compras y así poder tener una mejor gestión y optimizaCIÓN de los procesos y poco a poco ir reflejando el conocimiento y experiencia adquirido en el proceso de formación para el mundo laboral gracias al grupo de trabajo que acompaño todo el proceso.
Con el plan de mejora se quiere implementar un abastecimiento de materia prima eficiente con la ayuda de implementación de un tablero kanban, generando parámetros para alertar sobre aprovisionamientos que se encuentren con un inventario no tan óptimo para la planta y así generar la respectiva compra para el aprovisionamiento oportuno y así agilizar el proceso de compra oportuno de insumos a los proveedores y así poder garantizar un stock disponible de materia primas a la compañía.
Abstract
The following report is presented in order to present the entire degree option and thus be able to successfully complete the International Business career, the following plan is based on the completion of professional practices in the company BaenaMora in the area of you buy one of the largest leather goods and footwear companies in Colombia; This department is in charge of the leadership and management of purchases of supplies and raw materials both nationally and internationally, for the development of the different production lines of the company in the required delivery times.
By means of this improvement plan, the different goals, objectives and / or projections proposed in the academic, personal and work areas can be made known from the beginning of the practice; going through each of the activities proposed for the proper functioning of the company according to the plans drawn up by the purchasing department and thus be able to have a better management and optimization of the processes and little by little reflect the knowledge and experience acquired in the training process for the world of work thanks to the work group that accompanied the entire process.
With the improvement plan, we want to implement an efficient raw material supply with the help of the implementation of a kanban board, generating parameters to alert about supplies that are not so optimal inventory for the plant and thus generate the respective purchase for the timely supply and thus streamline the timely purchase process of supplies from suppliers and thus be able to guarantee an available stock of raw materials to the company.
