Abstract
Uno de los aspectos más importantes en lo que se refiere a la construcción de obras de
edificación y en general al desarrollo de cualquier proyecto es la Planeación. Es por esto
que cuando se quiere llevar a cabo la ejecución de una obra para su comercialización, se
hace necesario ejecutar un plan de trabajo y una serie de estudios técnicos con personal
capacitado para estas tareas, con el fin primordial de analizar la factibilidad del proyecto a
