Abstract
El presente plan de mejora, se hace con el objetivo de dar más organización al depósito de
aduanas de Challenger S.A, por medio de la logística, se hace con el fin de tener más comodidad,
mejor movilidad dentro de este, de esta manera poder optimizar el mayor espacio posible para
que el deposito sea más eficiente y eficaz.
Abstract
This improvement plan is made with the objective of giving more organization to the customs warehouse of Challenger S.A., by means of logistics, in order to have more comfort, better mobility within the warehouse, in this way to be able to optimize the greatest possible space so that the warehouse is more efficient and effective. the warehouse to be more efficient and effective.
