Abstract

The main objective of this document is to present all the activities carried out by the student PAULA ANDREA HERNÁNDEZ PEÑA, identified with citizenship 1.121.944.995 of Villavicencio - Meta, fulfilling the time stipulated by the modality of 6 months of full time corresponding to 960 hours of execution of business internship. The company ARM CONSULTING LTDA was in charge of providing the opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge received during the development of the career, for this it should provide support and follow-up to the project that frames the support to the commercial area in the analysis and presentation of bidding proposals and / or merit contests with state or private entities and in the restructuring process of the area. For the execution of the whole process mentioned above, the student had to keep a daily record of all the activities carried out in the company during the day, all this control was done through daily logs. The realization of this register was mainly made up of photographic evidence, the description of all the activities carried out, the record of review, analysis and realization of bidding proposals and / or merit contests. Finally, the student had to prepare bimonthly reports, which had to be reviewed and previously approved by the tutor of the company, where everything executed during the two months that had elapsed must be supported.
