Abstract
En el presente documento se mostrará el desarrollo del proyecto de consultoría en marketing digital del programa Empréndelo de la Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga, llevado a cabo en el año 2021, este programa tiene como finalidad generar estrategias y brindar herramientas a las empresas beneficiarias principalmente pymes, por medio de asistencias técnicas grupales e individuales, esto con la finalidad de que las empresas puedan cerrar al menos una brecha específicamente en el área del marketing digital. Durante el desarrollo del proyecto se diseñaron e implementaron herramientas de control y seguimiento con el fin de prevenir y mitigar los riesgos asociados y los puntos críticos previamente identificados. Al finalizar el proyecto se atendieron u total de 89 empresas con 167 horas de asistencia técnica individual y 66 horas de talleres impartidos.
Abstract
In this document will show the development of the digital marketing consulting project of the Empréndelo program of the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce, carried out in 2021, this program aims to generate strategies and provide tools to beneficiary companies, mainly SMEs. , through group and individual technical assistance, this with the purpose that companies can close at least one gap specifically in the area of digital marketing. During the development of the project, control and monitoring tools were designed and implemented in order to prevent and reduce the associated risks and previously identified critical points. At the end of the project, a total of 89 companies were attended with 167 hours of individual technical assistance and 66 hours of workshops given.
