Abstract
El proyecto tiene como finalidad plantear el diseño arquitectónico de un colegio de básica secundaria con énfasis agrícola diseñado para una capacidad de 360 alumnos en el municipio de Charta, Santander. El objetivo es trasladar la sede actual del Instituto Agrícola de Charta ya que este se ve afectado por inundaciones persistentes y amenazas generadas por la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales que se encuentra en la parte posterior de la cancha del instituto, ocasionando la suspensión o traslado constante de las clases.
En el proceso de diseño se aplicó el modelo concentrado como oportunidad educativa, generando aulas de clase abiertas, flexibles y que funcionan como núcleo de actividades pedagógicas, además de esto también se crea espacios y dinámicas para el beneficio de la comunidad, dando solución a los diferentes obstáculos para recibir las clases. El proyecto se implanto teniendo en cuenta la conectividad entre las veredas y el casco urbano del municipio.
Abstract
The purpose of the project is to propose the architectural design of a secondary school with an agricultural emphasis designed for a capacity of 360 students in the municipality of Charta, Santander. The objective is to relocate the current headquarters of the Charta Agricultural Institute since it is affected by persistent flooding and threats generated by the sewage treatment plant located at the back of the institute's field, causing the constant suspension or relocation of classes.
In the design process, the concentrated model was applied as an educational opportunity, generating open, flexible classrooms that function as the nucleus of pedagogical activities, in addition to creating spaces and dynamics for the benefit of the community, providing solutions to the different obstacles to receive classes. The project was implemented taking into account the connectivity between the villages and the urban center of the municipality.
