Evaluación y planteamiento de alternativas del sistema de gestión ambiental del área operacional en la empresa Serviambiental S.A E.S.P. en la sede de Villavicencio (Meta)

El presente trabajo de grado de modalidad pasantía se desarrolló en la empresa Serviambiental S.A E.S.P la cual se encarga de la recolección, transporte, tratamiento y disposición final de los residuos sólidos peligrosos y no peligrosos, a nivel nacional, especialmente en el sector oriental del país. El proyecto que se llevó a cabo, tuvo como objetivo principal generar un plan de alternativas para el Sistema Integral de la organización, donde se evaluaron variables ambientales siguiendo la norma técnica ISO 14001:2015. La evaluación del Sistema de Gestión Integral de Serviambiental se realizó desde la recolección, hasta la disposición final de los residuos sólidos. Gracias a esto, se lograron identificar 8 acciones correctivas, relacionadas con capacitaciones y transporte de residuos, 3 acciones de mejora y 12 acciones preventivas. Se llega a la conclusión que Serviambiental S.A E.S.P debe fortalecer las operaciones seguras y optimas dentro de sus actividades, para disminuir riesgos de alto impacto.

Abstract

The present degree work of internship modality was developed in the company Serviambiental SA ESP which is in charge of the collection, transport, treatment and final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste, at the national level, especially in the eastern sector of the country. . The main objective of the project that was carried out was to generate a plan of alternatives for the Integral System of the organization, where environmental variables were evaluated following the technical standard ISO 14001: 2015. The evaluation of the Comprehensive Management System of Serviambiental was carried out from the collection to the final disposal of the solid waste. Thanks to this, it was possible to identify 8 corrective actions, related to training and waste transportation, 3 improvement actions and 12 preventive actions. It is concluded that Serviambiental S.A E.S.P must strengthen safe and optimal operations within its activities, to reduce high-impact risks.
