Abstract
El presente trabajo aspira a dar cobertura total aun proyecto, realizado durante
dos periodos académicos, que busca dar a conocer las conclusiones obtenidas
en la aplicación de un cuestionario de 120 preguntas a 800 funcionarios de la
empresa.
Con la información obtenida y por solicitud de la Doctora Gloria Caldas se llevó
a cabo el diseño de un manual informativo que se anexo a este trabajo.
Esperamos que este trabajo sirva de referencia para otros estudiantes que
quieran conocer, acerca de la atención al usuario y el manejo adecuado que se
le debe dar a un manual de servicios.
Abstract
The present work aspires to give total coverage to a project, carried out during
two academic periods, which seeks to publicize the conclusions obtained
in the application of a questionnaire of 120 questions to 800 officials of the
business.
With the information obtained and at the request of Dr. Gloria Caldas, a
