Abstract
En la Universidad Santo Tomás, teniendo en cuenta las últimas tendencias relacionadas con la pedagogía y la didáctica en la Educación Superior, así como los referentes nacionales e internacionales, el diagnóstico a partir del Modelo de Gestión plateado por la Vicerrectoría Académica General, se crea el Laboratorio de Innovación Pedagógica USTALAB I +, el cual está centrado en la transformación de la práctica docente y la cultura institucional de la Universidad Santo Tomás, en función de la alta calidad educativa en la formación integral de nuestros estudiantes, y responde a la meta del Plan General de Desarrollo 2.1.4: Laboratorio pedagógico diseñado e implementado en el interior de las unidades de Desarrollo Curricular y Formación Docente.
Abstract
At the Santo Tomás University, taking into account the latest trends related to pedagogy and didactics in Higher Education, as well as national and international references, the diagnosis based on the Management Model established by the General Academic Vice President, the USTALAB I + Pedagogical Innovation Laboratory, which is focused on the transformation of the teaching practice and the institutional culture of the Santo Tomás University, based on the high educational quality in the integral formation of our students, and responds to the goal of the General Development Plan 2.1.4: Pedagogical laboratory designed and implemented within the Curriculum Development and Teacher Training units.
