Abstract
Se presenta un trabajo escrito sobre las diferentes funciones que se llevaron a cabo en la empresa de Cortinas en Bogotá y al mismo tiempo como en cada una de estas funciones desde la parte logística se puede incrementar la eficiencia de la compañía en sus procesos productivos. De tal manera se evalúan los nuevos procesos para identificar la funcionalidad de estos en el interior de la compañía, por medio de indicadores KPI en cuanto a la eficiencia, control de inventarios, rotación de inventarios y que permitirá analizar los diferentes procesos logísticos.
Abstract
A written work is presented on the different functions that were carried out in the company of Cortinas in Bogotá and at the same time, as in each of these functions, from the logistical side, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the company in its production processes. In this way, new processes are evaluated to identify the functionality of these within the company, by means of KPI indicators in terms of efficiency, inventory control, inventory rotation and that will allow analysis of the different logistical processes.
