Abstract
Buenavista es un proyecto localizado en el municipio de Titiribí Antioquia, un municipio rico en cultura y patrimonio que hace de este un lugar turístico. Los altos índices de déficit de vivienda, el estado de miseria de gran parte de la población y el crecimiento poblacional del municipio, corrobora el aumento de producción informal de la vivienda, que origina mayores riesgos físicos y sociales, relacionados con las precarias condiciones y la falta de control territorial, el cual no cuentan con las condiciones estructurales necesarias que garanticen la seguridad de las construcciones y de sus habitantes.
Abstract
Buenavista is a project located in the municipio of Tibirí Antioquia, this place is rich in culture and heritage that makes the location attract more tourists. The high rates of housing deficit, the state of misery of a large part of the population and the community growth of the municipio, corroborate the increase in informal housing production, which causes greater physical and social risks, related to the precarious conditions and the lack of territorial control, which do not have the necessary structural conditions to guarantee the safety of the buildings and their inhabitants.
