Abstract
El proyecto se sitúa en Girón Santander, por su importancia histórica a nivel nacional e internacional, ya que es uno de los primeros asentamientos coloniales en Colombia, con un valor histórico inigualable por si importancia en la independencia , además en la actualidad es uno de los centros turísticos de mayor albergue de turistas los cuales llegan al municipio a admirara de su arquitectura colonial y su conservación el tiempo. En la actualidad el PDM del municipio de girón le esta haciendo énfasis en el desarrollo del turismo histórico, el ésta enfocado en la reforma e intervención de inmuebles con valor patrimonial, viendo un claro déficit de espacio público se han creado proyectos para la conservación y rehabilitación de ellos como lo son alameda y las intervenciones a los principales parques, siendo este municipio uno de los más lleno de riquezas culturales espaciales es el lugar idóneo, donde se pretende generar una intervención a un espacio urbano con valor patrimonial. El proyecto busca la recuperación del espacio público y el fortalecimiento de la conexión entre el malecón Rio de Oro, junto con la conservación de su gran franja ambiental. Esto por medio de una rehabilitación y la intervención de elementos contemporáneos en el espacio urbano, creando así nuevos espacios para el disfrute de la comunidad: espacios románticos, típicos de un centro histórico, la inclusión de elementos modernos y la utilización tipológica de materiales del municipio.

The project is located in Girón Santander, due to its historical importance at national and international level, and it is one of the first colonial colonies in Colombia, with a historical value unmatched by its importance in the independence, besides the actuality by one of the Tourist centers of greater tourist hostel which arrive at the municipality to admire of its colonial architecture and its conservation the time. At the present time the PDM of the municipality of girón in the development of historical tourism, the one focused on the reform and intervention of properties with patrimonial value, seeing a clear deficit of public space have been created projects for the conservation and rehabilitation of them like the son Of mall and the interventions of the main parks, as this municipality one of the most full of cultural riches of space is the ideal place, where it is intended to generate an intervention an urban space with patrimonial value. This project seeks the intervention in the Malecón of Rio de Oro, with the intention of proposing a change of use and improvement of urban space, landscape and historical, with this project to seek to restore and intervene through theories of the restaurant, the intention Is to restore this urbanistic, cultural and historical site of the municipality taking over the spaces that served for ludic aquariums, the improvement of the urban furniture and the continuity of a pedestrian sender and to enhance the commerce that is presented, currently the municipality of Giron.
