Abstract
El objetivo del siguiente trabajo, consiste en, buscar, entender y analizar la fuerza e influencia que ha tomado el liderazgo al transcurso de este siglo XXI, ¿para qué sirve? Y ¿Por qué seguir evolucionando?. A través de diferentes estudios se logró consolidar que, el liderazgo hoy en día ha obtenido promover la innovación y la creatividad, se toman mejores decisiones estratégicas, las cuales se hacen en equipo, de la misma manera, enriquece los puestos de trabajo y asimismo mejora el desempeño; por último, se crean lideres democráticos.
Abstract
The objective of the following work is to seek, understand and analyze the strength and influence that leadership has taken in the course of this XXI century, what is it for? And why continue to evolve? Through different studies it was possible to consolidate that leadership today has obtained to promote innovation and creativity, better strategic decisions are taken, which are made in teams, in the same way, it enriches jobs and also improves performance; finally, democratic leaders are created.
