Abstract
Con el aumento de la creación normativa y la transformación de las clásicas fuentes del derecho, sumado a las técnicas de hermenéutica y argumentación jurídica, todo juez debe ser más que un experto en derecho. La complejidad del derecho desborda a todo el sistema judicial, en especial la tarea de los jueces constitucionales, quienes deben conocer no solo la materia en la que son expertos, sino el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano en su plenitud. En este marco, se estudia el impacto del sistema de IA PretorIA incorporado por la Corte Constitucional como una alternativa tecnológica disruptiva para hacer frente a la demanda cada vez más creciente de una correcta y eficiente administración de justicia.
Abstract
With the increase in normative creation, the transformation of the classic sources of law, and the new techniques of legal interpretation and legal argumentation, every judge must be more than a law expert. The complexity of the law overwhelms the judicial system, especially the task of constitutional judges, who must know the Colombian legal system in totality. In this framework will be studied the impact of the PretorIA system, incorporated by the Constitutional Court as a disruptive technological alternative to face the growing demand for a correct and efficient administration of justice.
