Abstract
La presente monografía tiene por objetivo analizar el rol de la sociología en los escenarios de planeación participativa establecidos en el marco constitucional colombiano, para luego identificar los campos de acción de la sociología en medio del mercado laboral y por último establecer la relación entre la formación académica de los sociólogos y los requerimientos en términos de planeación participativa del país. Se describirán los debates establecidos en medio de la sociología alrededor de los campos de acción de la misma y su deber ser en la sociedad. Metodológicamente la monografía es de corte cualitativo y pretende establecer el análisis partir del paradigma hermenéutico. En términos de resultados, se describirán los debates establecidos alrededor del quehacer sociológico, para luego leer esto en el contexto colombiano y luego aplicarlo al caso de estudio escogido, los procesos de planeación participativa del municipio de Armenia.
Abstract
This monograph aims to analyze the role of sociology in the participatory planning scenarios established in the constitutional framework Colombia, to then identify the fields of action of sociology in the midst of labor market and finally establish the relationship between the academic training of sociologists and the requirements in terms of participatory planning in the country. The debates established in the midst of sociology around the fields of action of the same and its duty to be in society. Methodologically the monograph is qualitative and aims to establish the analysis from the paradigm hermeneutic. In terms of results, the discussions established around the sociological task, to later read this in the Colombian context and then apply it to the chosen case study, participatory planning processes
