Abstract
En este documento se presenta el seguimiento y monitoreo del sistema de gestión ambiental de la empresa Avidesa Mac Pollo S.A. en la planta de harinas, exponiendo la importancia de la gestión ambiental en la industria avícola y resaltando como los SGA ayudan a mejorar los procesos productivos elevando la calidad de los productos de manera amigable con el medio ambiente en función de la NTC ISO 14001: 2015. También se muestran los resultados obtenidos de la metodología de matrices de verificación realizadas, las cuales incluyen diferentes inspecciones a lo largo de cuatro (4) meses, y un plan de alternativas para mejorar los proyectos ambientales integrados previamente a la compañía.
Abstract
This document presents the follow-up and monitoring of the environmental management system of the company Avidesa Mac Pollo S.A. in the flour plant, exposing the importance of environmental management in the poultry industry and highlighting how EMS help improve production processes by raising the quality of products in an environmentally friendly way according to the NTC ISO 14001: 2015. The results obtained from the methodology of verification matrices carried out are also shown, which include different inspections over four (4) months, and a plan of alternatives to improve the environmental projects previously integrated into the company.
