Abstract
La ‘Propuesta De Mejoramiento De La Vicerrectoría de Extensión y Proyección Social
Para Optimizar Los Procesos Organizacionales’ es una apuesta de valor académica basada en
la experiencia administrativa, financiera y operativa, de la Universidad del Magdalena,
aprovechando su acreditación institucional de alta calidad, y el reconocimiento del primer lugar
en el marco de la Ley de Transparencia en el Departamento del Magdalena (2018).
Esta propuesta entra a hacer parte de la contribución a las soluciones del entorno desde
la superficie del sector educativo, teniendo en cuenta su posición como ‘Universidad del Estado’,
donde la función básica que se realiza a cabalidad es la función de la administración y gestión
pública, como fin del estado y su medio es la contratación estatal para cumplir con las
necesidades y fines esenciales de todo organismo.
Como principio en esta propuesta, se resalta que ‘El Estamento Jurídico Es Un Baluarte
Administrativo’, aplicado a la Universidad del Magdalena en cuestión debido a su estructura
organizacional, la cual está fortalecida con cuatro (4) frentes de vicerrectorías, que a su vez tienen
centros de direccionamiento que permiten el andar misional de la universidad.
Abstract
The 'Improvement Proposal for the Extension and Social Projection Vice-Rectory to Optimize
Organizational Processes' is an academic value bet based on the administrative, financial and
operational experience of the Universidad del Magdalena, taking advantage of its high-quality
institutional accreditation, and the recognition of the first place in the framework of the
Transparency Law in the Department of Magdalena (2018).
This proposal becomes part of the contribution to the solutions of the environment
from the surface of the educational sector, taking into account its position as a 'State University',
where the basic function that is fully carried out is the function of administration and management
public, as an end of the state and its means is state contracting to meet the essential needs and
purposes of all organisms.
As a principle in this proposal, it is highlighted that 'The Legal Estate Is A Bastion
Administrative', applied to the Universidad del Magdalena in question due to its structure
organization, which is strengthened with four (4) vice-rectory fronts, which in turn have
direction centers that allow the missionary walk of the university.
