Abstract

Durante la fase de ejecución todo proyecto de obra se ve expuesto a una serie de variantes, de contratiempos e inconsistencias, ya sea por falencias en su fase de estudios, de diseño y planificación o a imprevistos externos (incidencias del clima, avería de maquinaria, escases de materiales) que llevan a los ejecutantes a tomar decisiones con el ánimo de afrontar y resolver estos imprevistos que ponen en riesgo el cumplimiento del objeto contractual. ¿Cómo implementar estrategias que minimicen estos percances durante el periodo de ejecución y aporten en la optimización de los procesos? Tomando como objeto de estudio el caso de Sinergia Constructora Zomac S.A.S de Florencia Caquetá, enfocando el interés en el Contrato de Obra No. 20200000362, así como en el informe final del respectivo contrato de interventoría, y valiéndose de las herramientas que proporciona la investigación aplicada con enfoque cuantitativo, la presente monografía diseña una guía de aplicación de la metodología Kaizen o de mejora permanente con el ánimo de optimizar los procesos de ejecución de contratos de obra liderados por esta empresa.

Abstract

During the execution phase, all construction projects are exposed to a series of variants, setbacks and inconsistencies, either due to shortcomings in the study, design and planning phase or to external contingencies (weather incidents, machinery breakdown, shortages of materials) that lead the performers to make decisions with the aim of facing and resolving these unforeseen events that put the fulfillment of the contractual object at risk. How to implement strategies that minimize these mishaps during the execution period and contribute to the optimization of processes? Taking as an object of study the case of Sinergia Constructora Zomac S.A.S of Florencia Caquetá, focusing the interest on the Work Contract No. 20200000362, as well as on the final report of the respective inspection contract, and using the tools provided by applied research with a quantitative approach, this monograph designs a guide for the application of the Kaizen or permanent improvement methodology with the aim of optimizing the execution processes of construction contracts led by this company.
