Abstract
La finalidad de este proyecto es documentar, proponer y desarrollar un código que permita acelerar la solución de los errores que se presentan en la mesa de ayuda, más específicamente en el área de facturación, estos errores se presentaran más adelante en el documento con más detalle especificando porque ocurren y como se solucionan. En este caso nos enfocamos en incidencias que disponen de una solución igual o muy similar. Para que a futuro sea solo correr una sentencia de código la cual detecte y brinde los cambios necesarios para ofrecer el soporte adecuado.
Abstract
The purpose of this project is to document, propose and develop a code that allows to accelerate the solution of the errors that appear in the help desk, more specifically in the billing area, these errors will be presented later in the document with more detail. specifying why they occur and how they are solved. In this case we focus on incidents that have the same or very similar solution. So that in the future it is only to run a code statement which detects and provides the necessary changes to offer the adequate support.
