Abstract
Dentro del marco en Colombia a través del Decreto 457 de 2020 se ha visto la necesidad de cambiar las condiciones actuales del trabajo debido a la pandemia surgida del COVID-19, es aquí donde el trabajo en casa toma más relevancia dentro de las organizaciones, siendo esta una forma de llevar a cabo trabajos administrativos, es así como la empresa Jobandtalent desde entonces ha implementado esta modalidad de trabajo; lo que se busca es conocer mediante la implementación de métodos y cuestionarios de ergonomía, posturas de trabajo y movimientos repetitivos, analizar los posibles riesgos biomecánicos asociados a actividades de los trabajadores buscando encontrar si existe algún tipo de riesgo que pueden llegar afectar la salud de los trabajadores, con el fin de crear un plan de trabajo para la prevención y promoción de los mismos.
Abstract
Within the framework in Colombia through Decree 457 of 2020 has seen the need to change the current working conditions due to the pandemic emerged from the COVID-19, it is here where the work at home takes more relevance within organizations, this being a way to carry out administrative work, this is how the company Jobandtalent since then has implemented this mode of work; What is sought is to know through the implementation of methods and questionnaires of ergonomics, work postures and repetitive movements, analyze the possible biomechanical risks associated with activities of workers seeking to find if there is any type of risk that may affect the health of workers, in order to create a work plan for the prevention and promotion of the same.
