Abstract
L.H INTERNATIONAL TRAINING surge gracias a la unión de tres compañeros dos hombres y una mujer que se cruzaron en la carrera de cultura física deporte y recreación de la Universidad Santo Tomás, Haciéndole honor a la única chica en el grupo se decide colocar sus dos iniciales como nombre de la empresa. En L.H international training lo que se busca es fomentar la actividad física en sujetos donde predomina el sedentarismo. El Slogan de la empresa es ‘’For a better lifestyle’’ que significa que con nuestra ayuda y con ayuda de la actividad física mejoraras tu estilo y calidad de vida.
Abstract
L.H INTERNATIONAL TRAINING arises thanks to the union of three colleagues, two men and a woman who crossed paths in the career of physical culture, sports and recreation at the University of Santo Tomas, honoring the only girl in the group, it was decided to place her two initials as the name of the company. In L.H international training what is sought is to promote physical activity in subjects where sedentary lifestyle predominates. The slogan of the company is ''For a better lifestyle'' which means that with our help and with the help of physical activity you will improve your lifestyle and quality of life.
