Abstract

The following document presents the learning process and knowledge acquired in the business internships carried out in the company Potenza Inversiones S.A.S., where an explanation of the different activities and roles that were carried out in said process is sought, in which a description is made of the business profile of the entity where the degree project was carried out, a review is made of the standards that were taken into account for the proper management of the activities carried out, the activities that were carried out week by week which describe compliance with the functions assigned by the managers and person in charge of the internship process, a SWOT analysis is carried out which seeks to make an observation on the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats that the intern considered important for the proper functioning of the company In this same way, a personal SWOT analysis is carried out where one seeks to make a self evaluation that allows observing some of the aspects where there was more difficulty and in which there was more ease and greater learning. The contributions that were considered important during the course of the internships that helped to identify a problem or that helped to provide solutions to different inconveniences within the activities carried out, therefore the learned injuries are observed where an observation of the most favorable aspects is made. that occurred during the process of business internships, in the same way some recommendations are made personally which are raised for improvement by the company.
