Abstract
El municipio de Jericó cuenta con gran área de suelo de expansión urbana, al igual que tiene un déficit de vivienda en relación con el número de hogares existentes en el suelo urbano. Por lo que se propone un proyecto de vivienda colectiva para equilibrar el uso del suelo e incentivar la prolongación del suelo de expansión con predominancia en vivienda.
El espacio público como complemento a la vivienda, la dotación urbana y espacios pensados en los habitantes de la región, donde se integra y se enmarca el paisaje y se conservan fenómenos urbanos y arquitectónicos dentro del proyecto de vivienda, son características únicas de Jericó, y lo que se pretende es conservar la esencia de los Jericoanos, pues los enmarca la conservación del patrimonio, el paisaje y las tradiciones.
Abstract
The municipality of Jericó has a large area of land for urban expansion, as well as a housing deficit in relation to the number of existing homes on urban land. Public space as a complement to housing, urban endowment and spaces designed for the inhabitants of the region, where the landscape is integrated and framed and urban and architectural phenomena are preserved within the housing project, are unique characteristics of Jericó , and what is intended is to preserve the essence of the Jericoanos, since they are framed by the conservation of heritage, landscape and traditions.
