Abstract

Este trabajo nace del análisis social y consecuente de la existencia del Trastorno de Espectro del Autista (TEA) junto con el Síndrome de Down, la comprensión de estas condiciones y cada una de sus necesidades. La dificultad social y familiar que evoca en las personas que día a día conviven con ellos, le dan a la arquitectura la importancia requerida sobre la respuesta objetiva al usuario. Esta motivación es primordial en el desarrollo de la investigación, que tiene un fin esencial, crear conocimiento y generar conciencia. Se realizó la identificación de aspectos generales que llevaron a generar una estrategia proyectual, con mayor consideración de la parte sensorial y su aplicación en espacios físicos, que buscan fortalecer la autonomía y el bienestar en la vida cotidiana; tales como mobiliario adecuado, formas orgánicas, colorimetría y en todos sus aspectos la neuro arquitectura. Finalmente, se llevó a cabo el diseño arquitectónico, como lo indica el capítulo que concluye esta investigación, en el cual se tiene en cuenta aspectos determinantes como, contexto natural, paisaje, urbanismo, accesibilidad; que en un proceso de trabajo continuo funcionan de manera clave, sencilla y asertiva.

Abstract

This study stems from the social and consequent analysis of the existence of the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) together with Down Syndrome, the understanding of these conditions and each one of their needs. The social and familiar difficulty that evokes in the people who live with them day by day, give to the architecture the required importance on the objective response to the user. This motivation is paramount in the development of the research, which has an essential purpose, to create knowledge and raise awareness. The identification of general aspects that led to generate a design strategy, with greater consideration of the sensory part and its application in physical spaces, which seek to strengthen the autonomy and welfare in everyday life, such as appropriate furniture, organic forms, colorimetry and neuroarchitecture in all its aspects, was carried out. Finally, the architectural design was carried out, as indicated in the chapter that concludes this research, which takes into account determining aspects such as natural context, landscape, urban planning, accessibility; which in a continuous work process work in a key, simple and assertive way.
