Abstract
En el presente documento se da a conocer el procedimiento, investigación y fabricación que se llevó acabo para la realización de una trituradora de doble eje, donde se calculó; la velocidad de poleas y de la banda, longitud de paso, distancia entre centros, longitud de espacio libre de la banda, relación de espacio libre de los piñones y momento torsor. En la parte de diseño se inicia con un boceto general de lo que se quiere construir y se pasa a un software CAD para posteriormente seguir con la fabricación de la trituradora.
Abstract
This document discloses the procedure, research and manufacturing that was carried out for the realization of a double shaft crusher, where it was calculated; pulley and belt speed, pitch length, center distance, belt clearance length, sprocket clearance ratio, and torque. In the design part, it begins with a general sketch of what is to be built and it is passed to a CAD software to later continue with the manufacture of the crusher.
