    Abstract

    Este artículo presenta los resultados del proyecto titulado “Diseño e implementación de un prototipo automatizado para los sistemas de recirculación y filtrado de agua mediante la técnica de detección de nitrato y amonio combinados”. Este prototipo se diseñó y construyó a escala de laboratorio mediante tres fases. Su objetivo general fue evaluar la efectividad de la técnica de detección del nitrato y amonio combinados en la materia orgánica del cultivo y su incidencia en la calidad del agua; para ello, se detectó el nivel de nitrato y amonio combinados presentes en un estanque de peces y se realizaron variaciones a la velocidad de su caudal de bombeo, lo cual permitió establecer su relación con los niveles de pH, temperatura, amonio y nitrato combinados. De este manera, se promovieron condiciones de funcionamiento más adecuadas para el proceso de filtrado de la materia orgánica y la preservación de la calidad del agua del cultivo sin necesidad de realizar recambios de ella. Se determinó el caudal más adecuado para el cultivo cuando se activó la bomba al 75% de su capacidad, a partir de lo cual se demuestra la influencia de las variaciones del caudal sobre los cambios en el pH y el amonio del agua del cultivo.
     
    Este artigo apresenta os resultados do projeto intitulado “Projeto e implementação de um protótipo automatizado para os sistemas de recirculação e filtragem da água, através da técnica de detecção de Nitrato e Amônio combinados”. O protótipo foi construído em escala de laboratório, o objetivo geral foi avaliar a eficácia da técnica de detecção do Nitrato e do Amônio combinados na matéria orgânica do cultivo e o impacto na qualidade da água, para isso, detectou-se o nível de Nitrato e Amônio combinados presentes na lagoa dos peixes, foram realizadas variações na velocidade do fluxo de bombeamento, permitindo estabelecer a sua relação com os níveis de pH, temperatura e o Amônio e o Nitrato combinados na lagoa, promovendo as condições de funcionamento mais 127 adequadas para o processo da filtragem da matéria orgânica e a preservação da qualidade da água do cultivo, sem a necessidade de trocá-la.
