Abstract
En este informe se presentará los resultados obtenidos en la práctica empresarial que se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Santo Tomás en el área de sindicatura, por el periodo comprendido entre el 08/08/2022 al 03/12/2022.
A lo largo del trabajo se describirán aspectos importantes y se presentará la evidencia de ello, actividades como la recolección de datos y calificación de proveedores, la asignación de materiales para las diferentes actividades culturales y deportivas que realizaban las dependencias y las órdenes de compra con meta semanal que se debían ejecutar para que todo en el departamento de contabilidad circulará y estuviera listo en la fecha de corte mensual.
Abstract
This report will present the results obtained in the business practice that was carried out at the university Santo Tomas in the area of syndicate, for the period from 08/08/2022 to 03/12/2022.
Throughout the work important aspects will be described and the evidence of it will be presented, activities such as data collection and qualification of suppliers, the allocation of materials for the different cultural and sports activities carried out by the units and the purchase orders with weekly goal that had to be executed so that everything in the accounting department would circulate and be ready on the monthly cut-off date.
