Abstract
Para las organizaciones el conocimiento es el capital intelectual y activo intangible más importante y la gestión del conocimiento vista como la disciplina que ayuda a crear, almacenar, transferir y usar el conocimiento dentro de las organizaciones (Liberona et al., 2013). La norma ISO 30401:2018 Sistemas de gestión de conocimiento y la sexta dimensión del MIPG, son dos modelos para la gestión del conocimiento. Por lo tanto, la investigación busca identificar las convergencias y divergencias entre estos dos modelos y proponer su articulación, para dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿Existen criterios de relación entre la norma NTC ISO 30401 Gestión del Conocimiento y el Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión la sexta dimensión?
La investigación es de tipo mixto, a través de la creación de una herramienta busca analizar los criterios de convergencia y divergencias de los dos modelos, mediante el análisis cualitativo de 748 relaciones entre los dos modelos, a partir de los resultados obtenidos se realizó un análisis cuantitativo para identificar los criterios de mayor convergencia y a partir de los aspectos divergentes proponer aportes entre los dos modelos, el resultado arrojo convergencia entre los criterios de la norma NTC 30401 y la sexta dimensión del MIPG, 5 que convergen y 9 criterios que no convergen.
Abstract
For organizations, knowledge is the most important intellectual capital and intangible asset, and knowledge management is seen as the discipline that helps to create, store, transfer, and use knowledge within organizations (Liberona et al., 2013). The ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management Systems standard and the sixth dimension of the MIPG are two models for knowledge management. Therefore, the research seeks to identify the convergences and divergences between these two models and propose their articulation, in order to answer the question: Are there relationship criteria between the NTC ISO 30401 Knowledge Management standard and the Integrated Model of Planning and Management? sixth dimension?
The research is of a mixed type, through the creation of a tool that seeks to analyze the convergence and divergence criteria of the two models, through the qualitative analysis of 748 relationships between the two models, based on the results obtained, an analysis was carried out. determined to identify the criteria of greatest convergence and from the divergent aspects to propose contributions between the two models, the result showed convergence between the criteria of the NTC 30401 standard and the sixth dimension of the MIPG, 5 that converge and 9 criteria that do not converge.
