Abstract
En el presente trabajo de grado, se pretende determinar si existe alguna relación entre estrés y desregulación emocional en empleados dedicados a la atención al cliente en restaurantes y bares de la comuna 1 de Villavicencio, Meta. Esta investigación es de corte cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo-correlacional y se llevará a cabo la aplicación de las pruebas psicométricas, Escalas de depresión, ansiedad y estrés, (DASS-21) destinada a medir la variable de estrés y la Escala de las Dificultades en la Regulación Emocional, (DERS) que por su parte mide la variable desregulación emocional. Como estrategia para evaluar la posible relación entre las variables se utilizará el programa estadístico, Statistical Package for Social Sciences, (SPSS). Se espera encontrar una relación positiva estadísticamente significativa entre el estrés y la desregulación emocional en los participantes.
Abstract
In this degree work, it is intended to determine if there is any relationship between stress and emotional dysregulation in employees dedicated to customer service in restaurants and bars in the commune 1 of Villavicencio, Meta. This research is of a descriptive-correlational quantitative nature and the application of psychometric tests, Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS 21) aimed at measuring the stress variable and the Scale of Difficulties in Emotional Regulation, (DERS) which in turn measures the emotional dysregulation variable. As a strategy to evaluate the possible relationship between the variables, the statistical program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) will be used. It is expected to find a statistically significant positive relationship between stress and emotional dysregulation in the participants.
