Abstract
Este documento tiene como objetivo evaluar, a través de un Benchmarking, la gestión que realizan las respectivas Bolsas de Valores de Colombia, Chile y Perú en la revelación de información que los emisores listados deben realizar, para suministrar información importante a los inversionistas y al público en general, y con ello favorecer la integración de estas en un mercado único cumpliendo con esto los mandatos de la política de integración de los Estados miembros.
Abstract
The purpose of this document is to evaluate, through benchmarking, the management of the respective stock exchanges of Colombia, Chile, and Peru in the disclosure of information that listed issuers must make, in order to provide important information to investors and the general public, and thus favor their integration into a single market, thus complying with the mandates of the integration policy of the Member States.
