Abstract
El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo la proyección del espacio para el adulto mayor. Mediante el estudio y entendimiento de las necesidades básicas de la población mayor de 60 años y el lugar de implantación del proyecto; implementando métodos constructivos propios del lugar en conjunto a materiales y sistemas constructivos contemporáneos.
A continuación, se presentará la síntesis de un año de investigación, prueba y error, bocetos y planteamientos que dieron como resultado un hogar geriátrico de 7.000 metros cuadrados en un lote de 10.000 metros cuadrados. Este contiene 62 habitaciones, con áreas sociales, gimnasio al aire libre, comedor, cocina, jardines y espacios abiertos e iluminados por la luz del sol. Se puede sentir la naturaleza que permea toda la arquitectura del proyecto.
Abstract
The next research project has as objective the projection of the space for the older adult. Through the study and understanding of the basic necessities of the population over 60 and the project implantation place; implementing construction methods typical of the place in combination with materials and contemporany constructive systems.
Next, the synthesis of a year of research, trial and error, sketches and approaches will be presented, which resulted in a 7,000-square-meter nursing home on a 10,000-square-meter lot. It contains 62 rooms, with social areas, outdoor gym, dining room, kitchen, gardens and open spaces illuminated by sunlight. You can feel the nature that permeates the entire architecture of the project.
