Abstract
El siguiente diseño urbano de tesis previo a la obtención del título de arquitecto, tiene como propósito lograr y organizar un lugar de esparcimiento para niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores donde puedan ocupar su tiempo libre. Para el desarrollo de este tipo de diseño arquitectónico, se parte del problema existente en el Municipio de Fonseca La Guajira en específico el barrio El Centro, que carece de lugares de esparcimiento social e infraestructura cultural y recreativa. El Centro actualmente posee un parque infantil para toda su población que se encuentra deteriorado, como consecuencia a los problemas mencionados, nace la idea de plantear un Parque Cultural y Recreativo, conformado por una serie de actividades culturales, físicas y recreativas, que parte del diagnóstico y de los gustos, idiosincrasia, costumbres y necesidades de los habitantes de esta zona del Municipio de Fonseca La Guajira. El diseño del Parque es una declaración práctica de cómo hacer el anteproyecto, el cual será en un lugar idóneo para impulsar el turismo en el sector. La práctica del deporte, de la recreación y la cultura es importante ya que ayuda al desarrollo armónico integral de los seres humanos, por ende, se pretende crear un programa arquitectónico que dé cabida a la realización de actividades culturales, recreativas y físicas que acoja a los ciudadanos para que puedan hacer deporte, proporcionándoles una infraestructura y herramientas, contribuyendo a la integración social, recreativa y deportiva.
Abstract
The following urban design of the thesis prior to obtaining the title, aims to achieve and organize a place of recreation for children, youth and adults, where they can spend their free time. For the development of this type of architectural design, it is based on the existing problem of the Municipality of Fonseca, specifically the Centro neighborhood, which lacks places for social recreation and cultural and recreational infrastructure. The Center currently has a children's park for its entire population that is deteriorated, as a consequence of the aforementioned problems, the idea of proposing a Cultural and Recreational Park was born, made up of a series of physical and recreational activities, which starts from the diagnosis and the tastes, idiosyncrasy, customs and needs of the inhabitants of this area of the Municipality of Fonseca. The design of the Park is a practical statement of how to design the preliminary project, which will be in an ideal place to promote tourism in the sector. The practice of sport, recreation and culture is important since it helps the integral harmonic development of human beings, therefore, it is intended to create an architectural program that accommodates the realization of cultural, recreational and physical activities that welcome citizens so that they can play sports, providing them with infrastructure and tools, contributing to social, recreational and sports integration.
