Abstract
This project aims to contribute to increasing knowledge about habits and healthy lifestyles in a training process applying gamification to the promotion of health in women in the city of Bogotá, which enables the transfer to children and adolescents who under their care, since these women caregivers often do not have the necessary knowledge to assertively educate the people under their care, not knowing what habits and lifestyles they should impart to them according to their age range, this It will be done through pre-structured leveling sessions. The women of the city of Bogotá will participate in an interview at the beginning of the course and another one at the end of it, in order to differentiate and catalog the changes regarding the knowledge they had before the course and the knowledge they learned in this course, adding to this a carefully analyzed series of videos of the sessions in order to further strengthen the results of the project.
