Abstract
El presente trabajo se enfoca en el diseño de un plan de negocio para un emprendimiento comercializador de productos cárnicos de alta calidad y frescura empacados al vacío. Inicialmente, se definió la estructura administrativa, organizativa y productiva apropiada para la comercialización de cárnicos; igualmente, se investigaron y se identificaron los lineamientos legales y sanitarios establecidos por las autoridades competentes nacionales. Por otro lado, se analizó la viabilidad del plan de negocio mediante indicadores financieros tales como TIR, VPN Y PRI; así mismo, se analizó la oferta existente del mercado de cárnicos en Cali y las preferencias y necesidades de los clientes y consumidores. Se proyecta que este plan de negocio sea una guía para la creación y consolidación de un emprendimiento exitoso en el sector cárnico en la región de Cali.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the design of a business plan for a business that sells high-quality and fresh vacuum-packed meat products. Initially, the appropriate administrative, organizational and productive structure for the commercialization of meat was defined; Likewise, the legal and sanitary guidelines established by the competent national authorities were investigated and identified. On the other hand, the viability of the business plan was analyzed through financial indicators such as IRR, NPV and PRI; Likewise, the existing supply of the meat market in Cali and the preferences and needs of customers and consumers were analyzed. This business plan is projected to be a guide for the creation and consolidation of a successful venture in the meat sector in the Cali region.
