Abstract
La batería aplicada es la mundialmente reconocida Fitness Gram junto al Eurofit, orientadas a la salud de las personas, en este caso, permitiéndonos saber los niveles de salud de los deportistas de la academia de la liga santandereana de tenia. Se realizó esta investigación con el objetivo de establecer los niveles de composición corporal, índice de masa corporal, capacidad aeróbica, fuerza en tren inferior y superior, fuerza y flexibilidad de miembros superiores y fuerza abdominal de los deportistas activos de la Liga Santandereana de Tenis. La investigación se aplicó como estudio transversal analítico a 33 deportista de la liga santandereana de tenis en el periodo de marzo 2023-1. Los resultados obtenidos fueron útiles para realizar el análisis transversal analito del avance del estado físico de los tenistas permitiéndonos concluir que la mayoría de los tenistas activos evidencian niveles saludables de los diferentes componentes de la condición física orientada a la salud.
Abstract
The applied battery is the worldwide recognized Fitness Gram together with Eurofit, oriented to people's health, in this case, allowing us to know the health levels of the athletes of the academy of the Santander Tapeworm League. This research was carried out with the objective of establishing the levels of body composition, body mass index, aerobic capacity, lower and upper body strength, upper limb strength and flexibility, and abdominal strength of the active athletes of the Santandereana Tennis League. The research was applied as an analytical cross-sectional study to 33 athletes of the Santandereana Tennis League in the period March 2023-1. The results obtained were useful to perform the analytical cross-sectional analysis of the progress of the physical condition of the tennis players, allowing us to conclude that most of the active tennis players show healthy levels of the different components of health-oriented physical condition
